On sunny days, the Brattle's outside sale lot is the place to be. Customers bring books in by the armloads and at the bargain prices of $1, $3, and $5, people often get carried away! Staff members bring out new stock almost every day that it isn't raining outside. Because we buy hundreds to thousands of books per day, we are constantly marking down our more expensive inside books to make room for new stock and putting new books outside.
