Decorating with cloth-bound books is a great way to add a colorful and lively ambiance to any space.

We work with decorators looking to fill shelves with different colors of cloth volumes or sets. We sell cloth bindings as sets and individual bindings. For tighter budgets it is not unusual to find nearly complete sets in fair condition on our outside sale tables.

Fine Cloth Bindings

The Brattle offers fine cloth-bound bindings in a variety of colors, styles and sizes to suit decorators' needs and budgets.

The brightly gilded spines of our fine cloth bindings create an impressive and colorful display. Whether you want to stick with a uniform color or many different hues, our large stock can accomodate any concept.

These bindings generally range from $25 to $150 per volume, and we extend a 20 percent discount to decorators.

Cloth sets

If what you need is a more uniform look, buying complete sets is another option.

Choose complete sets based on color scheme or subjects to tie together your library, office or entire household. Summer home by the sea need a little livening up? Fill it with bright blues or yellows, or get in the mood for sailing by filling your shelves with nautical sets.

The Brattle sells sets to decorators as they are priced and can offer decorators discounts from their purchases.

Illustrated Cloth Volumes

Perfect for a decorators with smaller budgets. Illustrated cloth volumes are bright, interesting and quirky and work well in a child's bedroom or playspace. Some even use them to line the walls of their bathrooms! Whatever you choose, a variety of pictorial cloth books always catch the eye.

The Brattle has a large collection of boys' adventure pictorial cloth-bound books that sell between $15- $25, depending on the condition of the book. We offer discounts for bulk purchases as well.
