In 1944, the world's first digital calculating machine was produced by the Harvard Cruft Laboratory. In 1946, the Harvard Computation Laboratory produced this manual in response to an overwelming amount of interest and inquiries about the machine. It is one of the first publications to address and explain the sequences and operational codes that computers use to solve problems. This is a first edition of the manual. Other than a slightly loose binding, general shelfwear and a few ex-libris mrkings, it is in Good condition overall.
